From Blue Ridge Parkway milepost 331, exit to Hwy 226 North to Spruce Pine, left on US Hwy 19E, after about 3 miles-right at the BP Station onto Penland Road, 1st left onto Rabbit Hop Road, 1/2 mile to yellow sign, Peak Mountain Cottages. From I-40 at Marion–Hwy 226 North to Spruce Pine. Then follow above directions. From Asheville—Take I-26 West to exit 9 (Burnsville/Spruce Pine exit). This is US Hwy 19E. Stay on 19E through Burnsville. Left at the BP Station onto Penland Road, then 1st left onto Rabbit Hop Road, 1/2 mile to yellow sign, Peak Mountain Cottages.
